If you wish to be registered with us for emergency cover then please complete the registration form and forward it with a Registration fee of £25 ( per year) to the following address. Cheques to be made out to Cottage-Care:

We will then contact you to discuss your individual needs and you will then remain on our database for 1 year. You will be given a registration number and this will be quoted on all requests for advice and assistance.

All requests for advice or assistance will then be actioned as per individual customer agreements.
